- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add 50ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper
- 50ml fresh strawberry syrup and 10ml lime juice
- Shake and strain into a glass
- Top up with soda
- Garnish with fresh strawberry, lime zest and pink peppercorns
