  • Take a large glass and half fill with ice
  • Add 50ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper
  • Add 150ml homemade rhubarb juice
  • Add a few drops of cardamom syrup and stir
  • Top up with soda if desired
  • Garnish with rhubarb ribbons – use a peeler and work down the length of the stalk

  • Cut some rhubarb sticks, add sugar to taste and water to cover, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes then pass through a fine cloth
