- Add 50ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper
- Add 25ml cloudy apple juice
- Add 25ml honey syrup (honey and water 1:1)
- Add 10ml cider apple vinegar
- Top up with soda
- Serve in a large glass on the rocks
- Stir and garnish with sliced apple
